You can't mix a 64-bit Python interpreter with 32-bit Python modules (or 
vice versa). We don't currently have a 64-bit Windows build of Modeller. 
So you'll need to install a 32-bit Python (or use the mod9.12 binary 
which includes a copy of Python 2.3).
