[modeller_usage] error modeller running : restrain in sec. structure during modeling



Please help me ....where is the problem:
error is :--------------------------

 Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
