Run your Modeller scripts with 'python3' or 'python2', not 'mod9.10'.

FATAL ERROR: Cannot open file foo.py: No such file or directory"

Obviously you have to make a file called "foo.py" first before you can 
run it. See the Modeller manual or tutorial at the website for many 
examples.
