Version 1.0 of ASAP Server. Date: April 25, 1999

This version of ASAP Server includes four programs (ClonErrNet, SeqDetNet, CompNet and GenerNet) and two databases already implemented (E. coli and S. cerevisiae).

Information related to each database:

E. coli database from NCBI with 4289 sequences (including ORF and unknown proteins) and 1358990 residues. Last update April 1999.

S. cerevisiae database from NCBI with 6530 sequences (including ORF and unknown proteins) and 3051704 residues. Last update April 1999.

To install the program read INSTALL file.
