[modeller_usage] Residues missing !!! How to specify NMR MODEL - 2

Sir

I used automodel - model-full.py script. I have NMR Structure. Some residues are missing in NMR MODEL no.1. I wish to use NMR Model No 2 as template.

How and where to make necessary changes ?
