Interesting; I've never seen that error before! MutantBuilder isn't our 
code but it doesn't look like it's doing anything unusual. If you can 
share your input files with me (looks like I'll just need complex.pdb 
and config.txt) I'll see if I can reproduce this to see what's going on.
