Question automodel from NMR
Hi Ben/Team,
I can't seem to find documentation on this. If I am modelling a sequence through a PDB file that was an NMR experiment with 10 or 20 models, how does Modeller handle this? Does it just chose the first model list in PDB?

Yes, it just reads the first model. See https://salilab.org/modeller/9.24/manual/node179.html
