Hi,
I am wanting to make a homology model for the 5HT2c receptor using the dopamine D3 receptor as the template. Is there a way to make modeller use D3 as a template instead of it searching for similar protein sequences to align with?

Sure, just align your target sequence against the D3 sequence and feed that to Modeller.
