Dear ModPipe community:
I installed modpipe in our system,but when I run the example of modpipe,I
get the following error,I don't know how to deal with it:
$ ../main/ModPipe.pl --conf_file modpipe.conf --sequence_id

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have a literal "pwd" here. Are you sure
you didn't mean `pwd` (with backticks)? That's what is suggested in the
documentation: http://salilab.org/modpipe/doc/running.html#examples
