This generally means that you will need to attach all necessary input files to your email; this includes any PDB files needed, custom restraint files, alignments, etc. If you have registered for a Modeller license key but have not received one, and you also get no reply from the above contact address, it is possible that your mail server is having trouble sending to or receiving from salilab.org.
