This address should primarily be used for bug reports. For general Modeller discussion, and new feature suggestions, please use the discussion forum instead.

Please note that for bugs to be fixed, they must be reproducible. This generally means that you will need to attach all necessary input files to your email; this includes any PDB files needed, custom restraint files, alignments, etc.

If you have registered for a Modeller license key but have not received one, and you also get no reply from the above contact address, it is possible that your mail server is having trouble sending to or receiving from salilab.org. Please consult with your system administrators, or use an alternative email address.
