no seq_search.dat file at the end

Hello,
I have problem runnign the SEQ_SEARCH script..At the end of the search
no log file is created nor the seq_search.dat file...I get the
"Terminated" message at the end of the seq_search result/....I had
given the DATA_FILE=ON in my alignment file..What could be the problem?.Can
anybody help me?.....
