Subject: [modeller_usage] model a tetramer with Modeller

Hi, everyone,
I'm trying to model a tetramer with modeller. It seems that a simple automatic
run works well. The strange problem I met is that the output structure is less
symmetric than the input structure. Does somebody have experience with such kind
of problem? Thanks in advance!
