That isn't a Modeller error - that's the Windows command prompt. You 
don't type in commands at the Windows command prompt - you put them in a 
text file (called, for example, 'test.top') and then run that file by 
typing 'modCVS test.top' at the Windows command prompt. Please read the 
manual for more information.
