Maybe it will be helpful for you to know that I have modified parameter and topology files to add the definitions of a Fe4S4 cluster. 
MANGPF is the maximum number of angles in the parameter file, and you 
can't increase it. One solution is to remove some unused angle 
parameters from the file - for example, in most cases where you're using 
the heavy atom only topology, any parameter involving a hydrogen atom 
can be removed.
