I am new to modeller. I have the cristallographic
complex of the proteins A and B, and I want to model the complex between A' and
B, where A is the protein A but from other organism (%identity = 30%). B is the
same protein.
How can I do that?. I have structures of proteins
very similar in sequence to A', but in te un-complexed form.
