[modeller_usage] loop to connect two domain

Dear Modeller:
       I am new to protein modelling. I want to connect two domains by a loop containing 16 residues. I am having templates for both the domains and not for the loop. I have tried some of the loop modelling techniques but unsuccessful. Can anybody help me with this situation?
