I want to insert a peptide fragment into one of the loops of my template
protein structure .. Can anybody tell me how can I do it ..
This should be straightforward enough. Align your target sequence with
two templates - the peptide fragment (one template) in the loop region,
and your existing "template protein structure" over the rest of the
sequence (not the loop region).
