Your code looks roughly correct to me. However, the SAXS module in 
Modeller is no longer supported, so I can't tell what's going wrong 
here. I suggest you use our FoXS web server instead at

or download IMP from http://salilab.org/imp/ which includes the FoXS 
functionality.
