You need to modify your Python path so that it can find the Modeller 
module. If you used the .tar.gz installer, instructions on how to do 
this were printed when you ran the install script. If you're using the 
RPM, Modeller is already in the default search path for standard 
versions of Python (i.e. included with Fedora); if you're using a 
non-standard version of Python, you'll need to set PYTHONPATH or link 
the Modeller modules into your search path.
