problem with new residue

Hi All, I have added a new residue into the modeller topology files.  It
seems to be working somewhat as a .ini file is made which contains the new
residue. However modeller seems to die at this point.  It is giving the
following error

Atom index is out of bounds: 2511 2510

any ideas?
