[modeller_usage] Inserting Cl atoms

Dear Modellers,

 

I'm relatively new to Modeller, and I have a question which I hope has an easy 
answer.  It's possible to insert to Cl and H2O atoms in the atom file of the 
known structure. Another question how  can I use the energy command to 
determine the best possible structure?Thanks!
