[modeller_usage] Dimer modelling with metals

Dear Modellers,
    I would like to know how to do Dimer modelling in the vicinity  of a
metal ion present. else even modelling a protein chain i need to place
a Metal ion in the protein how to go about it tell which script i can
use and my alignment.
