Don't type Modeller commands at the Windows command prompt. Put them in
a text file (e.g. with Notepad) and then run Modeller on that file. See 
the manual for more information.

That means that you haven't set up the environment correctly for
Modeller. This is done automatically if you use the link on your Start
Menu to start Modeller.
