Hello Everyone,
Thank you for joining the IHM meeting last Thursday. Please find attached
the summary of the meeting. The summary can also be found on the wiki page
<https://github.com/ihmwg/IHM-dictionary/wiki/IHM-Meeting-Summary-Jun-8-2017>
of
the IHM dictionary GitHub site <https://github.com/ihmwg/IHM-dictionary>.
Special thanks to Tom Goddard from RBVI (UCSF) for demonstrating the use of
ChimeraX to visualize integrative models.
Please feel free to reach out to Ben Webb or Tom Goddard or myself if you
have any questions regarding the IHM project. The summary has the email ids
of all participants and the ihm-repval email list (ihm-repval(a)salilab.org)
can also be used to reach out to the entire group.
We will schedule the next meeting in a couple of months and will run a
doodle poll as usual to fix a convenient time. The weekly IHM meeting is
held on Thursdays at 12:00 noon EDT via Skype. If anyone would like to join
the coming meetings, please let me know. These meetings are convenient for
continuing in-depth discussions on the project.
Thank you once again.
