In the light of this discussion I invite all of you to submit their
"custom build" residues and I will try to incorporate them either in one
of the future editions of MODELLER, or make them available on our web
site.

It takes some time, but not much to define a new residue type manually.
Please follow the steps of FAQ 17 on page 25-26 in the new manual ( the
one on our web site).
