Hi all,
I want to construct a model of channel-like hexamer based on a monomer peptide, is that possible with modeller?
If yes, is there some similar tutorials, or could you please give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Yes, see http://salilab.org/modeller/9.12/manual/node28.html
Note that since the monomer tells Modeller nothing about the arrangement of the subunits, you'll have to provide that information from some other source.
