Protein structures are just PDB files, so you can visualize them in any PDB viewer, such as Chimera, Rasmol, PyMol etc. The profile plots generated by plot_profiles.py are saved to dope_profile.png. This is just a regular PNG graphics file, so can be visualized in any picture viewer.
