Just to follow up: if you have topology or parameter files to share, you can add them to the following web page: http://salilab.org/modeller/wiki/TopParam
(There are also some links on that page to other public repositories of such files.)
The page is a Wiki page, so anybody can edit it. You can also add additional pages for other topics if you so desire.
