Hi, I have generate a model. However the hydrogen bond distances in the helices are shorter than normal value eg. 2.5-2.9 Angstrom. The hydrogen bond of the template are in normal range 2.9-3.5 Angstrom. How can I correct this proble? I have tried energy minimaztion but distance come a little bit shorter.
