The error is:
_modeller.ModellerError: No loops detected for refinement: you must redefine select_loop_atoms
This seems self-explanatory, no? Your model doesn't contain any loops (insertions in the alignment) so there is nothing to refine. If there's a region you still want to try refining anyway, you need to explicitly define that by providing a select_loop_atoms function. See https://salilab.org/modeller/9.23/manual/node35.html
