Hi all,
I am trying to use the soap_score utility to compute the orientational soap
protein-protein (pp) score for a set of pp decoys, but I was unable to find
a compatible hdf5 file for pp.
Is there any way to use the tool for pp?
Thanks
Pablo

IMP 2.8.0 is now available. This is a bugfix and minor update release.
Most notably two new applications of IMP are now available, and the
Anaconda and Windows pre-built binary packages are now MPI-enabled. This
release also includes a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.
Note that this will be the last release that includes packages for
Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin) since it has reached end of life. We
will continue to provide packages for newer Ubuntu LTS releases.
See https://integrativemodeling.org/2.8.0/doc/manual/changelog.html for
the full change log.
Check it out at https://integrativemodeling.org/

Hello all,
I am interested in trying IMP for building a model of a dynamic state based on HDX-MS data I have, as well as ESR DEER distance restraints. Does IMP support either or both of these types of experimental data as restraints? I know there is a recent paper on HDX-MS analysis from the Sali lab, which is supposedly implemented in IMP, but I can't find that module.
Thanks a lot,
