Dear Ben,
Would it be possible to expose IMP::em::EnvelopeScore and IMP::em::MapDistanceTransform in the Python layer?

Sure, not sure why that wasn't done before. See https://github.com/salilab/imp/commit/15be665399 (should also be in tomorrow's nightly build).
Ben
Hi Ben,
Thanks a lot! Do you still update conda-nightly? I tried today with: conda install -c salilab imp-nightly
And this gives me an older version:
>>> print(IMP.__version__) 20191004.develop.2c8cd9d
Would it be possible for you to create an updated conda package?

The imp-nightly conda package is primarily for testing IMP-dependent stuff with CI systems like Travis. It's not rebuilt automatically every night - I only update it from time to time when there are API changes. But I can update it today.
Ben
Hi Ben,
OK, if it’s not a big work for you, I would indeed be happy if you update the imp-nightly.
